This started with a search.

Years spent chasing the kind of drink that earns your attention. In coffee, a pour over and an espresso start from the same source. The difference is ratio. More water, more dilution, a completely different experience. In cocktails, it's balance. Bitter against sweet, spirit against citrus, savory or umami, different ways to build an experience.

ACUTE works the same way. Served over ice, the drink opens up. The flavors shift. Time changes what's in the glass.

That's what a well-made drink does. It reveals itself.

That experience didn't exist without caffeine or alcohol. So we built it.

It took time. Dozens of iterations. Ingredients that behaved differently batch to batch. We were always working toward the same three drinks and the work was finding the moment when the complexity and balance were finally right. When we got there, everyone knew immediately. The room reacted before anyone thought to.
